FAQs

You probably have a few questions, so I’ve answered some of them here.

If you can’t see what you need, I’m always happy to provide more information. Just get in touch with your question and I’ll answer it for you.

  • Executive Coaching is a series of stimulating, thought-provoking sessions between you and your coach.

All our conversations are confidential. If I need to share anything with your organisation, I’ll only do so with your permission.

You are encouraged to explore yourself, your values, assumptions, thoughts and goals from different perspectives. I’ll share models, tools and techniques to help you and recommend articles, TED talks, podcasts and books where relevant.

The aim is to deepen self-awareness and encourage action. I don’t provide answers or instructions. Instead, I help you to see things from a new perspective. In doing so, you find the answers yourself.

Our relationship will be built upon trust. Ours is a partnership of equals so it’s important that we get on.

In fact, before making a decision, I recommend that you speak to a couple of other coaches. That way, you’ll be able to find out what you need from coaching and, indeed, whether coaching is the best way forward for you.

If we’re not right for each other, I will always be straight with you — and I can recommend a trusted professional who can help.

“I found our sessions really helpful. This whole concept of having some time to talk to about decisions and courses of action is proving more valuable than I ever thought it would. It cuts down on so much too-ing and fro-ing thinking time. Thanks very much!”
