Do you want to make a change? Unsure what that change looks like?
I coach professionals who want to bring about positive changes in themselves and their performance.
You can take ownership of your life, bringing increased confidence and clarity.
How can executive coaching help?
When it comes to work, there isn’t much that executive coaching can’t help with.
Here are some of the reasons why people come to me:
Increase energy and motivation - reduce the risk of burn-out
Become a more compassionate and inspirational leader
Develop more positive working relationships
Improve your decision-making and problem-solving skills
Create a more fulfilling work life
Ultimately, you get to know yourself better — and that can have a multitude of positive consequences, both professionally and personally.
“I have really appreciated and benefitted from your coaching – I truly don’t know what I would have done without you. It’s a great reminder to me that talk ultimately needs to lead to action to have an impact. You have a lovely ability to be warm and approachable and stimulate lateral thinking in me. Thank you, thank you, for all that you have helped me to do.”

How do the coaching sessions work?
Executive coaching is a process. It’s a results-driven and inspiring journey of discovery, rather than a quick fix.
It starts with a chemistry session because it’s important that we’re a good fit. And if I can’t help, I’ll say so and recommend a trusted person who can.
For most people, 6 months is ideal, although it can be shorter or longer. We meet in person, on zoom, or a combination of both.
As your coach, I won’t issue instructions or give you the answers. Instead, I ask powerful questions, listen deeply, reflect back and challenge when appropriate. You start to see yourself differently, with fresh perspective and renewed clarity, and you find the answers.
A Vision Day is a great way to start coaching. This can be a stand alone session, or as part of a longer coaching programme.
